Composition
Each ml contains:
Enrofloxiacin......200mg

Indications
BULENRO is indicated for treatment of infections caused by bacteria susceptible to enrofloxacin in chickens and turkeys (Avibacterium paragallinarum,
Pasteurella multocida, Mycoplasma spp.) and for the treatment of infectious diseases due to Pasteurella multocida and bacterial enteritis due to infection
with E.coli in rabbits.

Dosage and Administration
For oral administration via drinking water:
Chickens and turkeys: 1 ml per 20 kg body weight (10 mg/kg) for 3 - 5 days.
Rabbits: 1 ml per 20 kg body weight (10 mg/kg) for 5 days.
Medicated drinking water should be made up fresh each day just before it is offered to the animals. Determine (total) body weight as accurately as possible
to avoid misdosing. Make sure that the entire dose offered has been consumed.
No other water source should be available during the treatment period.

Contraindication
The prophylactic use of Bulenro.
Known (cross-)resistance to (fluoro)quinolones in the flock intended for treatment.
Administration to animals with a seriously impaired hepatic and/or renal function.
Administration to poultry producing eggs for human consumption or to layer replacement birds within 14 days of coming into lay.
Administration to pregnant or lactating animals.
Hypersensitivity to the active substance, other (fluoro)quinolones or to any of the excipients.

Side Effects
Enrofloxacin should be used when clinical experience, supported where possible by sensitivity testing of the causal organism, indicates enrofloxacin as the
active substance of choice. Whenever possible, fluoroquinolones should only be used based on susceptibility testing. If no clinical improvement is achieved
within 2-3 days, alternative antimicrobial therapy should be considered. The use of fluoroquinolones during the growth phase combined with a marked and
prolonged increase in the intake of drinking water, and hence active ingredient, possibly due to high temperatures, may potentially be associated with
damage of the articular cartilage.
Do not combine Bulenro with products rich in aluminium or magnesium, which may impair the absorption of enrofloxacin.
