Indications
It is used to relax viscous smooth muscle, suppress gland secretion, excited central nervous system, and also have some pupillary dilation effect. To give the medicine before anesthesia to prevent breathing difficulties caused by excessive secretion; as an antispasmodic, it is used to relieve the hernia pain caused by various visceral smooth muscle spasms.

Dosage and Administration
Intramuscular, subcutaneous or intravenous injection: one dose per 100kg body weight, before anesthesia, horse, cow, sheep, pig: 0.08 ~ 0.2 ml; remove organophosphate poisoning, horse, cattle, sheep, pig: 2 ~ 4ml.

Adverse Reactions
The side effects of this product are related to the purpose of administration, and its toxic effects are often caused by excessive doses. When drugs are administered before anesthesia or digestive tract diseases are treated, intestinal distention, rumen distention and constipation are easily caused. The symptoms of poisoning in all animals are basically similar, that is, dry mouth, dilated pupils, fast and weak pulse, excitement and muscle tremor, etc., and in severe cases, coma, superficial respiration, motor paralysis, etc., and eventually death due to convulsion, respiratory depression and asphyxia.

Precautions
1.Intestinal obstruction, urinary retention and other affected animals should be prohibited.
2.Symptomatic support therapy should be used for poisoning relief, and drugs such as physososin, short-acting barbiturates and chloral hydrate can be tried when extremely excited. Treatment with phenothiazines such as chlorpromazine is contraindicated.
